No background needed — here’s the whole idea in three steps.

    Peptides come as a powder in a small vial. Before any of it can be injected, you mix it with a liquid called bacteriostatic water — that mixing step is called reconstituting.

  2. 02

    Once it’s mixed in, you can’t see “how much peptide” anymore — only liquid. So this tool does the conversion for you: tell it your vial strength, how much water you added, and the dose you already have in mind, and it shows you exactly where to draw the plunger to.

  3. 03

    This tool doesn’t pick your dose for you. It only turns a dose you (or your clinician) have already chosen into a syringe reading — always double-check the vial’s own label and your syringe’s own markings before drawing anything.

Reconstitution

More water = a lower concentration = more units per dose, and finer control at small doses.

How this works, in plain terms

Think of it like diluting juice from concentrate: the same amount of peptide, spread through more or less water, ends up stronger or weaker per sip. Add more water and each syringe unit carries less peptide, so you draw more units for the same dose — add less water and it’s the opposite.

“Doses per vial” just assumes every future draw uses the same dose you entered above. The numbers here are just a starting example, not a suggestion for any individual — swap in your own vial’s numbers any time.

Quick glossary

Bacteriostatic water
Sterile water with a preservative added, so the same vial can be reused without contaminating it.
Concentration
How much peptide sits in each mL once it’s mixed. Calculated for you — never entered directly.
Units
The small marks on the syringe barrel. 100 units always equals 1 mL, on any syringe size.
