0 sits at the needle end of the scale; the fill rises toward the flange as more is drawn — same reading order as the syringe in your hand.
How this works, in plain terms
Think of it like diluting juice from concentrate: the same amount of peptide, spread through more or less water, ends up stronger or weaker per sip. Add more water and each syringe unit carries less peptide, so you draw more units for the same dose — add less water and it’s the opposite.
“Doses per vial” just assumes every future draw uses the same dose you entered above. The numbers here are just a starting example, not a suggestion for any individual — swap in your own vial’s numbers any time.
